PAS, an educational foundation in the Dutch Arnhem region, recently published a brochure on the use of IWBs for young learners.

Among various potential added value aspects such as promotion of active learning, immediate feedback, audio-visual support to accomodate multiple intelligences, the facilitated provision of repetition and additional practice opportunities for individual learners are pointed out for language development in particular.
So acquisition of meaning and training of spelling of relevant :-) vocabulary items can be supported!![]()
