WP4's team in France met again yesterday and together the three of us finalized selecting commentary extracts for some of our already-chosen video clips of teachers at work with IWBs in English-language learning classrooms. Together we looked again at the video clips, 1 from primary school and 2 from a middle school/junior high school and then reviewed our transcripts from the teacher interviews and the learner interviews to identify accompanying text. It was interesting to see what each member of our team found the most telling or perhaps unexpected in those interviews and to discuss. In particular for the students, we had to narrow our net because these French kids have a lot to say. One thing resounded from all the interviews: participants are enthusiastic about IWB's and how they positively affect the language learning experience.
