Teacher comment

"The coursebook CD-ROM has a number of different revision activities on it and I think this is a good way of letting learners do listening in pairs or small groups while others in the class are involved in different activities."

"I think this use of the IWB is very easy for teachers to do and is probably a good place fot them to start, especially, as is the case, when the IWB you use is unfamiliar to you."

Learner comments

"I like the competition between us - it's a good game to play because we have to react quickly."

Other comments

Although not designed specifically for IWB use, the CD-ROM to this coursebook has lots of activities and games that are ideal for using with the IWB. The different dynamics of using it like this rather than asking learners to use them at a PC, with a mouse are, I believe, easy to see. The learners are more active than they would be, and have more fun than if they were sitting down doing this in pairs.
