Sentence Filling - Writing - Pen Tool

This video demonstrates learner use of the IWB pen tool. The teacher facilitates the acitivity with explanations. Learners are required to come to the board and make a sentence summarizing the displayed picture. This activity shows the potential of the IWB to trigger the production of authentic sentences for a given context.

What I perceive as important in this clip is its flexibility because there is not only one correct answer and it is up to the learners to imagine and schematize the speech in that language.
